Frequently asked questions

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Common examples: automatically sending confirmation emails when a form is submitted, syncing data between your CRM and accounting software, routing purchase approvals to the right person, generating weekly reports from spreadsheet data, and notifying staff when a deadline is approaching. If someone on your team does the same task manually every day, it is usually automatable.

Do we need to change our existing software?

Usually no. We work with the tools you already use — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks, or industry-specific software — and connect them using automation platforms like Make or Microsoft Power Automate. No new systems to learn.

Can government departments use workflow automation?

Yes. Organisations on Microsoft 365 Government plans typically already have Power Automate included in their licence. We help you activate and configure tools you are already paying for. Automation does not require purchasing additional software in many cases.

How do you charge for automation projects?

We quote per project based on the number of workflows and the complexity of integrations required. Most small business automations are once-off setup engagements. Where third-party automation platforms have a monthly subscription cost, we disclose this upfront in the quote — there are no hidden ongoing fees from our side.

What happens if something breaks after setup?

We document every workflow we build and hand over the configuration to you. For the first 30 days after delivery we fix any issues caused by our setup at no additional charge. Beyond that, support is available on a per-call or retainer basis.
